This meeting begins the preparation for any of the following design services: Interior Design, One Day Room Redesign, Real Estate Staging, Holiday Decorating, and also Color Consultations to assist you in choosing colors that enhance the design for your home and furnishings.

Interior Design

Ready for a complete transformation of your space? Need help in choosing what goes into the room? An interior designer will assist you in creating a new room design or decor that can include space planning, wall treatments, furniture, window treatments, lighting, accessories, or other feature. Hand rendered floor plans and elevations, shopping, and final room arrangement can be done at your request.

One-Day Room Design

Love your things but just not happy with the look or arrangement? Want a fresh look for a special event at home? An interior designer can meet with you to determine areas needing to be redesigned, tour your home, and get to know your likes and dislikes. Then, a redesign is completed in one day using what you already own in fresh, new ways.

Real Estate Staging for Home Sale

Want to sell your home fast and for the right price? Stage it before it goes on the market with the help of a designer! Staging is a two-step process.

First, an interior designer will do a Real Estate Consultation tour with you and your realtor, if available, to begin planning the best way to present every room in your home to potential buyers. A report will be sent to you reviewing suggestions to prepare each room of your home for your open house events. This report may include suggestions for repairs, paint colors, updates, or other needs your house may have to make it appealing to a potential buyer.

Secondly, you decide whether or not to hire us as the Staging Designer to come and complete the final furniture, art, and accessory arrangement and give your home that model home "polish".

Holiday Decorating

Having a special event or just tired of doing the same thing year after year? An interior designer will help you plan, design, and decorate for your home's seasonal decorating or holiday party. Our designer will use what you already own in a fresh new way or will buy or rent additional holiday décor needs with your approval.

Personal Shopping or Decorating Accessory Arrangement

Do you find shopping for interior design or home decorating accessories difficult? Whether you don't know what to choose, or where to find what you want, or you just don't have the time to do it yourself, we can help. Our interior designer will shop with or for you, as requested, for furniture, accessories, holiday décor, and other items needed to create or complete your design plan.
